Gail and Kim are dedicated to offering high quality American Heart Association CPR and First Aid classes. We have over 30 years combined experience. We offer a variety of American Heart Association courses to meet your needs. We trained over 2000 people in 2012 (our first full year on our own) and more than 2200 in the following years, and have continued to grow and expand in the Western MA region.
We are currently teaching the 2020 guidelines updates!
We offer high quality BLS and Heartsaver CPR and First Aid classes in Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin Counties. We are available on weekdays, weekends, days or evenings.

We are an official American Heart Association Training Site under the Training Center of New Britain EMS since 2011.
Kim has a BS degree in Human Services from Springfield College. Kim joined Baystate Health in 2000 as a Parent Education instructor for a variety of classes. This progressed into a position under the division of Nursing for teaching BLS CPR to hospital employees. Kim continues to teach in the Parent Education program at Baystate Health.
Gail has a BS degree in Community Health from Springfield College. She also worked as a Certified Dental Assistant for ten years. Gail began her CPR teaching career at Baystate in 1993.
Both Gail and Kim were instrumental in getting CPR into local schools and greatly expanded the community training program at Baystate and became Training Center Faculty for the Baystate Health CPR program in 2001.
We travel to a variety of dental offices, physician practices, daycare centers and other offices all throughout Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin County as well as northern CT.
